• Participated in the project ??High Sensitive Moisture Sensor by using Microcantilever as a platform??, which is funded by Sensidyne Inc..
• Investigated the dry etching properties of an ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) machine, designed, fabricated and tested Si and SiO₂ microcantilevers using ICP etching.
• Developed and integrated test system to obtain the characteristics of Si and SiO₂ microcantilever.
• Modeled Si and SiO₂ piezoresistive microcantilever and simulated their mechanical response and current change with CONVENTOR and ANSYS, respectively.
•  Applied the microcantilever as a moisture sensor by modifying its surface.
•  Designed a MOSFET embedded-in microcantilever.
• Modeled MOSFET as stress sensor and simulated stress effects on current-voltage characteristics of MOSFET with TAURUS.
